Steve started his career in the insurance business in 2007 after a successful stint as a professional baseball player with the Oakland Athletics.  His most rewarding moments involve being able to help people protect the assets they have worked so hard to acquire.  He says, "Without insurance, we wouldn't be able to preserve our most valuable possessions.  With it, we can sleep well knowing that if something catastrophic happens, we don't have to start over."  He also enjoys getting to know his clients as they grow their families and their lives change.  "We get to be there for the best moments and hopefully, be a source of reassurance in difficulty."  He and his wife of 22 years, Brooke, have three daughters.  Gracie, 21, who is a Senior at Lipscomb University, studying Music Business/Management. Gracie is an incredible student who has received multiple scholarships and continues to amaze us as she grows intellectually, and emotionally, as well as balances her studies with a full time serving position at True Food in Nashville, TN. This young woman is a powerhouse and one of the hardest working, loyal and funny humans on the planet.  Lily is only 16 and will already be a Senior at Worthington Christian High School in the fall. Lily is incredible! She works so hard at school, getting amazing grades, while balancing 2 part time jobs at Chile Verde and Dairy Queen. Lily is so gifted as a cheerleader and dancer, as well as leading worship at school and church. This girl is on fire! And finally, Mia is 13 and heading into her 8th grade year. She is learning so much and becoming one of the strongest people I know. She will be crushing it on the volleyball court this fall, and then cheering and dancing for winter basketball. Keep going girl! You inspire me.  My daughters are an endless supply of joy.  Being around them reminds me of how simple life can be.

JoAnn joined the Steve Stanley Agency in 2014 and made an immediate impact.  Steve says, "Without a doubt, JoAnn is the best thing that has ever happened to my business.  The way she cares for clients and her attention to detail make her the best in the business hands down."  That is pretty high praise and well deserved for the New Jersey native who enjoys spending time with her son and grandson and is very close to her siblings as well.  In her down time, she also likes to work out.  "She is the hardest worker I know," says Steve.  She is known for finding holes in policies and correcting them.  A few years ago, she helped a client switch their homeowners policy prior to a large loss that saved them over 25000 when the home was lost due to fire.  Clients are frequently saying, "I am a client for life!"

Brooke has spent the last two years gaining knowledge and experience in sales and marketing. She is excited to join our team and promote our new agency name and brand. She hopes to connect with the community through online marketing and customer relations efforts. "It is exciting to be able to offer so much to our clients," says Brooke. "To be honest, the sky is the limit with our agency now. We offer over 60 carriers in 10 different states. Steve and JoAnn's combined expertise will serve everyone so well. Giving great coverage at a great price with care is our goal. I believe that good things are coming! I am so grateful to work alongside my husband and have flexibility to take care of our girls. Steve has over 15 years of experience and is so helpful to clients. I have seen him work so hard to build this business and grow in every way. I am so proud of him and pray God will bless all of his hard work. Working together helps us to appreciate each other more and build on the others strengths. Our girls are our greatest gifts and our motivation for daily work. We want them to feel our constant support and confidence in our family <3 This business is given to us by God and we want Him to be honored through it.
